Transport systems form one of the basic requirements of each society.

Transport has two different faces: increased access to many facilities (potentiality) and increased deterioration of the quality of life (externalities).

Objectives marking the desired direction of transport system development has been set at various administrative levels. The main thread is to pay attention to the potentiality as well as to the externalities.
