A central part of Assembling is the creation or support of five pilot Monitoring Centres

  • NTO (Nordic Triangle Observatory in Finland)

  • Pyrenees Monitoring Center

  • Rhine-Gateway Monitoring Center

  • East Mediterranean Area (TEMO)

  • West Mediterranean Area (CETMO)

In the project, a Monitoring Centre or an Observatory is defined as any local, regional, national or Trans National body which manages an information system relevant to transport or to transport related subjects.
